Description

I led the redesign and technological transformation of Oncology Nexus, migrating the platform from a traditional Elementor-based WordPress setup to a headless architecture with WordPress as the CMS and Next.js as the decoupled frontend. The project included redefining the user experience, optimizing performance and SEO, implementing hybrid rendering (SSR/SSG), and building a more scalable, maintainable foundation prepared for future integrations and editorial content growth.
